Puzzle Solutions ...

4. Rg4+ ... Black may have been a little nervous making this move because of the white knight on f2. However, look at how beautifully the black Queen has the knight pinned to the King. The Rg4+ move forces a checkmate, can you find it?

5. Qa8# ... This is the fastest way to checkmate in this game. Interestingly enough, there is another (but more lengthy) combination of moves that also forces checkmate in this position. For the sake of good analsis and thinking, can you find it? The move is Qc8+. This check forces the black King to a7. White then has a forced checkmate in two moves, can you find it?

6. Qxg6+ ... This is an amazing and gutsy move for white; however, it actually forces checkmate! If black takes the queen, white checkmates with Rf8#. If black plays Kh8, white checkmates with Qg7#. A very sneaky checkmate indeed!
